2 C apple cider
2 C vanilla ice cream
2 Tblsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Blend all, except the nutmeg. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Garnish with cinnamon stick, if desired.
3 Servings.
